Withdrawals will be placed on hold until the KYC process is fully completed.
ocmy8 enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, IP address, device, or identifying information is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
3 Account Usage & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ocmy8 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Ocmy8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes
- Data loss due to technical failures beyond our control
- Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance
- Unauthorised account access due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials

10 Account Termination & Suspension

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, ocmy8 reserves the right to forfeit all unused bonuses and withhold balances associated with suspected fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
